Choose your grind: Whole Bean / Filter / Espresso

Whole Bean (best for flavour preservation)

• Grind just before brewing
• Keeps smooth vanilla, honey and nougat notes intact
• Ideal for any brew method

Espresso Grind

• 18-20g for a double shot
• 25-30 second extraction
• Smooth, rich espresso with full flavour (no caffeine hit)
• Perfect for evening lattes and cappuccinos

Filter Grind (V60, Chemex, cafetière)

• 1:15-1:17 brew ratio
• 92-96°C water
• 3-4 minutes brew time
• Soft, sweet and balanced decaf with no bitterness
