Choose your grind: Whole Bean / Filter / Espresso

Whole Bean (recommended for full rocket fuel impact)

• Grind fresh before brewing
• Preserves maximum strength, sweetness and crema
• Best for dialling in espresso or filter precision

Espresso Grind

• 18-20g for a double shot
• 25-30 second extraction
• Expect intense hazelnut, treacle and dark chocolate depth
• Designed for strong flat whites, cappuccinos and lattes

Filter Grind (V60, Chemex, cafetière)

• 1:15 brew ratio (e.g. 20g coffee to 300ml water)
• 92-96°C water
• 3-4 minute brew time
• Bold, chocolate-heavy cup with sweet smoky finish
